Return request must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

All tags and hygiene liners must be intact

Bras and bodysuits must be tried on over your own lingerie
How to Initiate a Return

Our team will review and issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

Ship the item back as instructed
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
